Kim Fowler
Kim made the move to TX from Michigan more than 40 years ago, when she chose to make Texarkana “HOME”! She found her second HOME at Commercial National Bank when she joined the HOME TEAM and began her career as Assistant Vice President – Mortgage Lender in 2019.
As a Mortgage Lender, Kim has come to find the Construction Loan process to be the most rewarding. This effort allows her to develop personal relationships with the clients as they navigate the construction process from start to finish!
She has completed the NMLS Mortgage Loan Origination Course and has attended Texas A & M Texarkana. In addition, Kim has completed Leadership Texarkana, Steven Covey’s 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, the Executive Leadership Program at Cornell University as well as the School of Bank Marketing at the University of Houston.
She has always been an active member in the community volunteering for countless organizations and serving on several local boards. She currently serves on the board of St. James Day School and Texarkana Regional Arts & Humanities Council as well as the Economic Development Committee of the Texarkana Chamber. She is very involved with St. James Episcopal Church where she and her husband, Wade are members. Kim and Wade have one daughter, Hillary McKenna Cloud, a Granddaughter – Fowler Grace Cloud, and a Grandson – William Bourne Cloud. Hillary and her husband, Austin Cloud recently moved back to Texarkana and are active in the community as well.
When Kim is not working or volunteering in the community, she enjoys spending time with her family, gardening and exploring creative opportunities through various art classes including painting, pottery and welding.
